摘　　要：个人助手Agent的特性决定了其在个性化决策支持中发挥着越来越重要作用.重点研究了构建面向决策支持的个人助手Agent的基础———用户概貌的形式化表示和构建方法,提出了一种加权的层次化用户概貌表示方法和多阶段用户概貌构建方法,在用户概貌的构建中重点研究了用户概貌中的核心内容———用户偏好的获取方法.In the ever-changing decision-making circumstances,personal assistant agent plays a more and more importantrole in decision support.First,the concept and representation of the user profiles of the personal assistant agents presentcd.Then,based on thoroughly analysis of current user profiles construction methods,a multi-phase userprofies construction method is advanced is advanced.Finally,as the core of user profiles construction,the approach for acquiring user preferences is proposed.
