摘　　要：本文通过对法律专业实践教学的性质、任务的分析。揭示了实践教学在法学教育中的重要地位 。The article reveals the importance of practical teaching in law education by the analysis of the nature, tasks of the practical teaching of law major, and put forward the preliminary tentative plans of the practical teaching of law major in special training colleges.
