摘 要:目的 通过增加肿瘤细胞膜的渗透性来提高细胞通讯能力,观察对原代瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法 使用甘油增加细胞膜的渗透性,用MTT法测定不同浓度的甘油对32例原代肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果 MTT法显示2%甘油组肿瘤细胞抑制率为(40.19±30.63)%,1%甘油组的抑制率(30.23±27.58)%,两组间抑制率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 化学法提高细胞间的通讯对原代瘤细胞有明显的抑制作用。Objective The inhibitory growth of original malignant tumor cells was observed throughincrease malignant tumors cellular membrane penetrability to up-regulates intercellular communication.Methods Glycerol was used to increase the cellular membrane penetrability. The inhibitory growth rateof 32 cases clinic tumor cells samples was determined in deferent glycerol concentration medium by MTTassay. Results It was shown that the inhibition growth rate of 32 tumor cells in 2%glycerol medium is(40.19±30.63)%, and that in 1% glycerol medium is(30.23±27.58)% by MTT assay. The inhibitorygrowth rate in two groups is statically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Increasing intercellularcommunication can inhibit the growth of original malignant tumor cells by chemistry method.
