摘 要:该文研究了一种便于在实时系统中实现的可控整流电路故障诊断方法。论文将 3 只以内的晶闸管故障按整流波形的畸变规律分为 11 类,115 种故障元。选择 4 个特殊“面积”表达式描述电压波形,并建立了以此为基础的 12 维故障模式向量。通过对模式向量的逻辑处理,将其转化为由常数构成的 12 维简单时间序列向量。对新的模式向量进行DFT 处理,得出了以三维特征向量表达的诊断定位算法,改进了现有的谱分析故障诊断方法。最后在研制的 DSP 实时诊断系统上实验。结果表明该方法能快速准确地诊断出各种故障。This paper studies a fault diagnosis algorithm for controlled rectifier that can be realized conventionally. Then it classified the faults (within 3 thyristors faults) as 11 kinds or 115 fault states according to the aberrance rule. Four especial “area” expressions are selected to describe the fault voltage waveforms and the 12- dimension fault pattern vectors are established based on them. The pattern vectors are changed into new 12- dimension time sequence vectors through the logical processing. A fault-locating algorithm expressed by 3- dimension character vectors is induced after the DFT analysis of the time sequence vectors. It improves the normal frequency analysis diagnosis method. Finally, experiments are carried out with the developed DSP on-line fault diagnosis system. That shows the system can detect and locate the faults quickly and exactly by using the proposed method.
