摘　　要：学院制管理体制改革后必须有相适应的教学质量监控与保障体系。文章结合浙江工业大学教学管理改革与实践,探讨了"学校—学院—学科"二级机构三级管理的运行模式,形成了一系列提高教学质量的措施。It is necessary for universities to create teaching quality assurance and control system under college system. The paper introduces the experiences in two aspects of Zhejiang University of Technology. First, operating model of two administrative departments (i.e. university and college) and three management levels (i.e. university, college and discipline). Second , a series of measures of quality improvement in teaching reform.
