摘　　要：近年来出现的SELDI蛋白芯片技术是一种自动快捷 ,灵敏特异 ,高通量的蛋白组学研究方法。在临床诊断、药物研发及食品卫生等方面有良好的应用前景。综述了该技术的原理、分类及应用范围 ,并对其优势。The technique of proteinchip-surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization emerged in recent years is a high throughput research method in proteomics with superiorities of automation,rapidness,sensitivity and specificity .It has widely potential application in clinical diagnosis, pharmacy screening and food hygiene etc. In this article,we review its principle, classification, application and analyze its advantage, disadvantage and prospect.
