摘 要:旨在研究RhodobacterSphaeroides适宜培养条件下番茄红素的含量.通过试验发现,在厌氧、30℃条件下,培养基中加入0.01g·L-1Fe3+,有利于提高番茄红素的含量(P<0.05),培养基中Mg2+浓度对其产量影响不显著(P>0.05).而且当光照强度为3000Lux时培养的菌体中番茄红素的含量最高.处于生长稳定初期(6d)RhodobacterSphaeroides中番茄红素的积累量可达57.3μg·mg-1.The lycopene accumulation produced in some culture conditions was studied. To effect the accumulation such as Fe^(3+)and Mg^(2+) were added in culture medium,and Rhodobacter sphaeroides was cultured under varied light intensity for several days.It was found that the production of lycopene was increased when Fe^(3+) was added to medium at the concentration of 0.01 g/L.Ancl lycopene would result in a maximum production rate of 57.3 μg/mg^(-1)dry weight if the PSB was cultured under the light intensity of 3000 Lx for 6 days.
