摘　　要：从高校实验室的实验教师工作现状入手分析,提出了建立一套正确地、科学地、定量地、可操作性地考评实验教师工作量的量化体系。Based on the analysis of the working situations of experimental teachers in laboratory of univertities, this article put forward to set up a workload quantification system which can be used to examine experimental teachers correctly, scientifically, quantitatively and easy operatedly.
