活性炭质量指标与木糖液脱色的相关性研究

摘　　要：活性炭是木糖生产过程中必不可少的脱色剂,在实践中发现,按GB/T13803.3-1999检测合格的活性炭,在工厂木糖液的实物脱色中效果并不一定好,两者结果有一定的差异,可比性差。作者将实物脱色与常规化学分析、仪器分析、数理统计等方法相结合,研究了活性炭质量指标与木糖液脱色的相关性,筛选出B糖脱色率、亚甲基蓝吸附值、铁含量3个指标是与木糖液脱色相关性密切的活性炭质量指标,并以此作为木糖液脱色用活性炭的主要质量指标。Activated carbon is a necessary decolorizing agent in the manufacture of xylose,but the decolorizing capacity of the activated carbon,which meets the standard GB/T 13803.3-1999,is different in the practical use.This paper studied the relation between quality indexes of activated carbon and its decolorizing capacity for xylose solution.The results showed that the three indexes,decolorizing capacity for caramel B,methylene blue absorption rate and ion (content) were most related indexes and may be selected as quality indexes of activated carbon for decolorizing of xylose solution.
