摘　　要：目的 :为了更好地学习和掌握穴位主治的实质及其规律。方法 :学习《关于针灸教材中穴位主治表述的探讨》一文 ,并分析了穴位主治的直接理论基础、穴位作用的对象、归纳的广性和特性 ,教学的模式等。结论 :照搬中药的功效来表述穴位的主治将造成更大的混乱 ,会阻碍针灸的发展及针灸思维的形成 ;对穴位主治的表述应分清主次 ;掌握穴性才能真正做到巧记而非死记 ,达到不记而记的最高境界。Objective To better learn and master essence and re gularity of acupoint indications. Methods Study the paper “Study on expression of acupoint indications in the acupuncture and moxibustion teaching materials”, and ana lyze direct theoretical basis of acupoint indications, subjects of acupoint acti ons, the width and characteristics of conclusion, teaching model, and so on. Conclusion If functions of Chinese medicine are copied to express acupoint indications, it will induce a larger confusion and hi nder development of acupuncture science and formation of acupuncture and moxi bustion thought; the main factors should be clarified for expression of acupoint indications; mastering the characteristics of acupoints can truly help to reme mber.
