摘 要:研究了固体体积分数和琼脂质量分数对SiC浆料表观粘度的影响规律,并在确定琼脂质量分数为0 5%的条件下,研究了碳化硅体积分数对浆料原位凝固成型后坯体的体积密度和收缩率的影响规律.研究结果表明,SiC陶瓷浆料表观粘度随着碳化硅体积分数和琼脂质量分数的增加而增加,而原位凝固成型后坯体的收缩率则随之降低;当浆料中碳化硅的固相体积分数为55%、琼脂质量分数为0 5%时,浆料具有良好的流动性,其表观粘度小于1Pa·s;利用琼脂原位凝固注模成型后坯体收缩率为0 6%、体积密度为2 18g·cm-3,坯体表面光滑、内部无大气孔、并且具有非常好的脱模强度,完全能满足工业生产的要求.Effect of solids loading and the agar content on the viscosity of SiC slurry was studied. On the condition that the slurry was with mass fraction 0.5vol% agar content (based on solid), the effect of solids loading on the density and shrinkage of green body was investigated. The results show that it is possible to obtain a SiC slurry (solids loading of volume faction 55%, agar content of mass fraction 0.5%) with good liquidity (viscosity less than 1Pa·s); The shrinkage and density of the green body after gelation casting was 0.6% and 2.18 g·cm^-3, respectively; The green body was uniform, free of large pores, and the green body with smooth surface and enough demolding strength was obtained. It can completely satisfy the need of industrial production.
