摘　　要：目的　探索口腔颌面部静脉畸形的微创治疗的疗效。方法　对 8例口腔颌面部深在的或特殊部位的静脉畸形采用彩色多普勒超声引导下平阳霉素残余瘤腔注射治疗。结果　 8例患者全部治愈 ,外形满意。无面神经损伤等功能障碍 ,随访 6个月～ 12个月无 1例复发。 4例面颊深部的静脉畸形治疗 6月后磁共振成像检查消失或部分为纤维组织。结论　彩色多普勒超声引导下平阳霉素瘤腔注射 ,对口腔颌面部深在的或特殊部位的静脉畸形是一种安全有效的微创治疗手段 。Objective To investigate effects of mini-invasive treatment for patients with vascular malformations in oral and maxillofacial region . Methods 8 cases with vascular malformations in oral and maxillofacial deep or special region were injected pingyangmycin into vein lake by color ultrasound-guided needle aspiration. Results All cases were cured and no facial nerve was damaged. Follow-up ranged from 6 months to 1 year, and no recurrence was found. The vascular malformations of 4 cases in maxillofacial deep region were disappeared or instead of fiber tissue with MRI detection 6 months after treatment. Conclusions Injecting pingyangmycin by color ultrasound guided-needle aspiration for patients with vascular malformations in oral and maxillofacial deep or special region is effective, safe and mini-invasive treatment.
