摘　　要：培养具有全面综合素质的应用型人才是我国高等职业教育义不容辞的责任。高职教育应以培养职业素质为中心,只有这样,才能更好地把握高职教育的质量,体现高职教育的特色。以职业素质为中心应作为制定高职教育计划的总的指导思想,必须落实到制定和执行整个教学计划的各个环节。To train the application-pattern talent who has comprehensive quality is the unshirkable responsibility of our higher vocational education. Higher vocational education should take the training of professional quality as the center so as to grasp the education quality and embody the characteristics of higher vocational education. This center should be the main guiding ideology of making the higher vocational education plans and be ascertained to all the links of making and carrying out the whole teaching plans.
