摘　　要：在对国内外工业工程专业人才培养现状进行详细调查分析的基础上,总结了目前我国工业工程人才培养亟待解决的问题,对IE人才培养目标进行了定位。并从培养IE专业复合型人才出发,结合实际从课程体系、教材建设、师资建设、教学管理、实践教学、教学方法及教学目的等方面探讨了IE人才培养模式及其实现的策略。Based on the investigation of the training modes over the world for IE professionals, this paper summarizes problems, which need to be solved urgently, existing in the training modes in China. The orientation of the training is presented. For the purpose of training IE compound personnel, the paper discusses the training modes and strategies to implement them on subjects of courses, teaching materials, teachers, teaching administration, practice, teaching methods and objectives.
