胚胎中脑黑质脑内移植治疗帕金森病6例随访观察

摘　　要：本文报告采用胚胎中脑黑质细胞脑内移植治疗6例晚期帕金森病,包括1例脑立体定向丘脑毁损后震颤复发者,经移植治疗后获得良好效果。本组病例韦氏计分平均从21分降至11分。其中2例经术后3、9、14个月CT、MRI随访,脑内移植物体积增大,症状和体征明显改善。Six cases with advanced Parkinson's disease were improved following treatment with a combination of fetal substantia nigra grafts and stereotactic thalamotomy. The patients including 3 males and 3 females,aged between 53 to 64 years,without dementia,severe heart or renal dis ease and had heen receiving regular L-dopa treament. CT scan and Webster's score were compared in these patients before and after operation. In one of the patients,the graft of fetal tissue was identified in the right caudate nucleus region on C'T scan 3-9 months after implantation,and the graft was growing up in size. Webster's score was lowered from 24 to 7 points. Her symptoms were markedly im proved and the graft was found to be enlarged 14 months afterwards. The results were satisfactory. Webeter's score was averagely decreased from 21 to 11 points. The im-munosuppressive agents were administered in all cases in this group.
