摘　　要：通过分析由中专升格的高职院校科研工作存在的问题和困境,结合近年学院科研工作实效,提出一些高职院校健全和发展科研工作的方向和措施。By analyzing problems and difficulties existing in Scientific research of higher Vocational and Technical Institute elevated from a Secordary Technical School,the article puts forward some new directions and measures of perfecting and developing the scientific research by combining with the actual effect made in recent years in Yuxi Agriculture Vocational and Technical Institute.
