摘　　要：在掷标枪的技术教学中 ,持器械手的异侧技术往往被忽视 本文运用运动学 ,生物力学等学科的基础理论知识 ,结合标枪项目的专项特点 ,着重对左腿。In the teaching of right hand javelin throwing,the technology of left-side is usually ignored. This essay mainly analyses the working methods of left leg and left arm in the process of the intersecting step and the last strength in throwing using the basic theory of kinematics and biomechanics as well as the special character of javelin throwing.
