摘  要:“应试体育”的弊端已逐渐被国人所认识 ,而“应试体育”的弊端则鲜为人知。全运全作为“应试体育”的主要表现形式 ,已逐渐显露出滞后于时代发展的迹象。全运会需要与时俱进 ,它不能游离于时代经济、文化、体育的发展而固步自封。中国教育界提出用“素质教育”取代“应试教育” ,体育界也同样应该远离“应试体育”。各地的“全运战略”应该包容更大比重的“素质体育” 。The main weak points of education for examination have been realized by most of Chinese people. But people have not realized the main weak points of physical education for examination. The National Games as a main part of physical education for examination have been showed the evidence of far behind of the present age. The National Games need to be reformed according to the development of the Chinese economy culture and sports. It could not dissociate from the contemporary world economy, world culture and sports. The Chinese educatonal committee tries to put the education for quality into action instead of education for examination. China sports also avoid the way of physical education for examination. The strategy of National Games in every province needs to be included a large percentage of the sports for all the people in order to promote the whole development of China sports.
