摘　　要：通过文献综述法、调查法,对体育教学中讲解的内容、方法、运用及讲解要求进行分析,提出教师具有指导作用的语言,对学生理解知识、掌握动作技能具有重要的意义。体育教师的讲解内容不是简单的背诵和叙述,简炼准确的专业语言,正确地运用讲解的方式、讲解的过程是提高教学质量的关键和前提。This paper is written to analyse and illustrate the content.methed,application and demand of explantion by synthesixing and investigating a vast amount of data. Besides,it alsoemphasixes in the great significance of the teachers'directive language towards the understanding and mastering of the students' knowledge and skills . The content of the teachers' explanation is not just a simple recital or statement ,in fact ,in the process of explanation,the precise and accurate use of professional language, together with the appropriate application of the method of explanation could decide the improvement of our quality of teaching.
