摘　　要：在“学校体育要树立健康第一”的指导思想下 ,结合终身体育锻炼思想的推行和当前学校体育教学改革 ,在多年的研究中发现“快乐体育”能培养学生正确的体育观 ,而且适合当前学校体育的工作环境。Gided by the principle that the primary task of physical education is to build up students' health and combined with the thoughts about carrying out life-long physical education.the writer, according to the long-term research, thinks that 'Happy PE' can not only train students to have right physical ideas but also fit in with the needs of current physical education.
