简论素质教育与学校体育的几个关系

摘　　要：从素质教育的角度,简论了素质教育与学校体育工作的关系,素质教育的终极目标与新世纪学校体育改革的指导思想和方向的关系,分析了素质教育的全面推进对学校体育新的质量要求。结果认为:素质教育的全面推进需要学校体育多种模式并存的格局;素质教育的全面推进必将促进学校体育内部的整体改革;在学校体育中需处理好“减负”与“加压”的关系。From the angle of quality-based education, two type of relationship is discussed : the relationship between quality-based education and physical education in school and the relationship between the ultimate goal of quality - based education and the guidance and direction of physical education reform in school in the new century. Analysis is made on quality requirement of quality-based education on physical education in school. Results show that, the carrying out of quality-based education needs a situation of multi-model coexistance; the smoothly carrying out of quality-based education will accelerate the whole reform within school; the relationship between 'decreasing' and 'adding' should be well treated with.
