摘 要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法 ,从体育院校运动训练专业本科教育现状研究人手 ,对运动训练专业知识、能力、素质的表现 ;运动训练专业本科生培养目标的定位 ;课程分类 ;课程设置 ;教学内容与方法等进行研究。以期促进运动训练专业本科教育质量的提高。研究主要围绕运动系学生应掌握的知识包括哪些内容 ?运动系学生的能力体现在哪些方面 ?运动系如何解决“学训”矛盾 ?等方面的内容展开。The research was started with the present situation of the sports training specialty of undergraduate education in PE colleges and universities. By consulting documentary materials, questionnaire and visiting specialists researches were made on the students' knowledge of sports training specialty, ability and competency, the orientation of the training purpose, the classification and setting up of the curriculum as well as the teaching contents and methods of sports training undergraduate education. The purpose is to improve the education quality of the sports training specialty. The research centered on what the students should master, where the students' ability embodied and how the sports training departments solve the contradiction between learning and training etc.
