摘　　要：论述本科工学门类和农学门类应用型专业生产实习的概念,对培养学生的实践能力、创新精神、创业魄力和综合素质的特殊作用,教学目标的内容结构及其实施措施,效果调查和质量评价指标体系等管理机制的创建。The article explained the concept of production practice,which is in the applied specialities of under- graduate course of engineering and agriculture,and discussed the special function of production practice in training students'ability to practise and to innovate,developing their boldness to start an undertaking and the comprehensive quality.It also expounded the target of teaching of production practice and its measures of implementing.Lastly, the article discussed the innovation of management system.
