摘　　要：近年来,高校群众性体育运动有了长足的发展,高校体育俱乐部是适应群众体育运动需求而出现的一种新型体育运动形式,高校体育俱乐部的出现为"全民健身运动"的实施提供了一种富有活力的现实方式。In recent years, the mass sports activity of the university has gotten considerable development, The university athletic club meets a kind of new-type sports activity form that sports activity demands of masses present, The appearance of the university athletic club offers a kind of dynamic realistic way for implementation of "nationwide fitness programs ".
