健美专项课考核评价量化标准的研究

摘　　要：通过对符合学生自身个性素质的健美专项考核评价量化标准的研究,分析健美专项考核评价量化标准实施的依据,评价的目的和主体。认为健美专项考核评价量化标准可有效避免用同一定量负荷考核标准评价身体素质存在较大差异的学生,建议用负荷与体重的比值作为健美专项课专项考核评价量化的标准。Pass through with regard to study about bodybuilding specialized check appraisement quantification criterion of accord with student individuality quality, analyze basis of bodybuilding specialized check appraisement quantification criterion, appraisement of purpose and main body. Deem bodybuilding specialized check appraisement quantification criterion that can effectively avoid what check criterion of same ration load appraise student of body quality being difference, advice to using ratio of load with avoirdupois by way of criterion of bodybuilding specialized course check appraisement quantification.
