摘　　要：通过对国内外有关教师教育技术标准文献的调查研究,提出适合我国教师的教育技术标准,从5个维度规定了教师应具备的教育技术素养,并按专任教师、实习教师和未来教师(师范生)三个阶段制定了相应的绩效指标体系。CETS relating to the teachers of China is advanced after studying the documents about the Educational Technology Standard in China and abroad. This standard prescribes the literacy of teachers educational technology from 5 dimensions and sets up the performance indicators systems for professional teachers, the preparative teachers and the prospective teachers.
