摘　　要：从心理学的角度 ,在内因与外因两个方面深入分析了当前高校政治辅导员在工作中存在的四种消极心理不适问题的产生原因 。From psychological perspective, this paper analyzes in-depth the internal and external causes for the four psychological problems of college political counselors.It also puts forward the countermeasures such as strengthening psychological adjustment and improving environment to solve these problems.
