高校体育教师德勤能绩综合量化评价的研究

摘　　要：针对目前高校体育教师综合考评中存在的缺陷,提出了建立量化评价指标体系的原则,确定了各级量化指标与权重值,介绍了各级评价指标的具体内容及操作办法。At present there still exist some defects in the college PE teachers' comprehensive evaluation system.Focusing on this issue,the authors of this paper put forward the principle of establishing quantitative evaluation criteria.The authors also provide the quantitativecriteria and their proportion in the evaluation respectively,and introduce the concrete content of each criterion as well as the way to operate it.
