对沈阳体育学院学科建设发展对策的思考

摘　　要：学科建设是高校建设和发展中的一项根本战略任务,是提高高校教学质量、科研、人才培养等整体水平的主要环节和重要措施。运用逻辑思维法进行研究。对学科、学科建设的基本内涵进行了辨析,认为学科建设的基本内容包括发展规划、学科方向和队伍建设等,指出沈阳体育学院学科建设存在学科方向凝练不够、学科队伍建设有待进一步加强等不足之处,提出了优化总体布局、保证重点扶植,积极改善条件、充分利用资源等有针对性的对策,以期为学院的学科建设工作提供有益参考。Subject construction is a radical strategy task in construction and development of colleges and universities,a key link and importance measure of improving the overall level of teaching quality,science resence research and talents cultivation and so on.With the method of logical thinking,this paper anayses the basic meaning of subjects and subject construction,and comes to the conclusions that the basic contents of subject construction include the developmng programming and construction of subject direction and subject troop and so on.Furthermore,the paper pints out that there exist some shortages in subject direction and subject troop of subject construction of Shenyang Physical Education Institute It puts forward some solution countermeasures including optimizing whole distribution,fostering the emphases,improving the conditions actively and utilizing the resources fully and so on,in order to provide helpful references for subject construction of colleges and universities.
