摘　　要：高校图书馆具有丰富的资源优势、特殊的环境优势和先进的现代化设备等优势,是实施素质教育的重要阵地。我们应充分利用图书馆的独特优势,　积极探索在图书馆实施素质教育的新途径,充分发挥图书馆在素质教育中的作用,为培养新时代所需的高素质人才做出应有贡献。University libraries possess the advantages of abundant documentary resources, particular environment and advanced modern equipment. It is the important place to carry out quality education on university students. We should give full play to the unique advantages and functions of quality education and actively explore the new ways of quality education in university libraries so that we can make expected contribution for training high quality talents who are needed in new times.
