摘  要:目的 了解黑龙江省市售粮食中T-2毒素水平。方法从黑龙江省64个县中按方位选出生产、生活水平有代表性的13个县,从每个县的粮食市场采集大米、玉米和面粉各10份样品,用ELISA法检验T-2毒素。结果大米130份,阳性样品检出9份,阳性样品中T-2毒素检出量均<50ng/g,均值17.2ng/g。按标准评价,大米显然没有受到污染。玉米130份,43份阳性,阳性率偏高,但检出量没有超过100 ng/g的样品。面粉130份样,检出阳性80份,其中超过100 ng/g的8份,超过200 ng/g的2份,超过250 ng/g的1份,均值58.74 ng/g。按粮食中T-2毒素容许量100 ng/g的国外标准,只有面粉超标,超标率为6.1%。结论 黑龙江省市售粮食中面粉受T-2毒素污染较为严重。Objective To observe the level, problem and meaning of T-2 toxin in cereals sold at markets of Heilongjiang province. Methods 13 counties were selected from 61 counties of Heilongjiang province and in this processes the problem of representative character for the geographic distribution and the life style in local was considered in planning. From every county 30 samples were selected in which rice, maize and flour all were 10 in number, respectively. For these samples T-2 toxin was detected by the method of ELISA. Results Of the 130 rice samples 9 were found containing T-2 toxin, the positive rate is 6.1% and the mean of detected values is 17.2 ng/g, so that both the positive rate and the mean were very low quantities and the rice among cereals of three sold is a most clear one in mycotoxins (T-2 toxin) meaning. In 130 samples of maize with 43 positive was a higher rate but the detected quantity was not so much, the mean value only 30.4 ng/g. It means the sanitation condition for the quality of maize was elevated in last years. However the state of flour was insistently bad, from 130 samples 80 were detected as positive and the contents in positive samples were high (mean = 58.74 ng/g). Referred to the tolerance standard (100 ng/g), the exceed rate was 6.1%. Conclusions The cereals sold at markets of Heilongjiang province mainly are maize, lice and flour, among them the flour is most severely polluted by T-2 toxin and the rice vary clear. The facts reported in this paper are discussed briefly in relationship with health and Kaschin-Beck disease.
