摘 要:作为飞行模拟器载体的并联六自由度运动系统是飞行模拟器非常重要的组成部分。其本质是由数字计算机实时控制并能提供俯仰、滚转、偏航、升降、纵向和侧向平移的六自由度瞬时过载仿真设备。本文从研制者的角度出发,评述了研制高性能飞行模拟器六自由度运动系统所需的关键技术及其国内外的研究进展。结合样机设计与制造的实践经验,提出亟需解决的若干理论与技术问题,以及解决这些问题的可行途径。As motion-base of flight simulator, parallel 6-DOF motion system is one of the chief part in flight simulator. Its motion nature is one kind instantaneous overload-simulating vehicle, which can provide pitch, roll, yaw, heave (vertical), surge (longitudinal) and sway (lateral) motion. In this paper, the state-of-the-art and the key issues of 6-DOF motion system for flight simulator are briefly addressed on the designer抯 standpoint. And at the same time, in conjunction with the practical experience of design and manufacture, some desiderative theories and technique problems are proposed. In addition, we抣l discuss some viable developing approaches as well.
