摘　　要：目的 :了解本地区沙门氏菌和志贺氏菌的分布。方法 :对本地区 1978年至 2 0 0 2年食品从业人员健康体检肠道门诊及肠道检测点患者检出的沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌进行分类统计。结果 :沙门氏菌 977株 ,B群占 5 7.2 2 % ;D1 群占 13.72 % ;E1 群占 11.88%。志贺氏菌 2 5 2 2株 ,B群占 80 .5 3% ;D群占 15 .82 % ;B群中以 F2 a、1 a、1 b为主。结论Objective:To acknowledge the distribution of salmonella and shigella in Jiading district.Methods:the data on salmonella and shigela from 1978 to 2002 were collected and classified.Results:Among 977 strains of salmonella,B group accounted for 57.22%;D 1 group accounted for 13.72%;E 1 group accounted for 11.88%.Among 2522 strains of shigella,B group accounted for 80.53%;D group accounted for 15.82%;most of B group were F 2a?F 1a?F 1b.Conclusions:The distribution was coincident with those reported in native relevant literatures.
