摘　　要：电子商务的迅速发展和应用领域的不断扩大 ,加剧了社会对电子商务人才的广泛需求。怎样满足社会对电子商务人才的需求 ,如何培养受企业青睐的电子商务人才。就此问题 ,根据高职院的办学特色 ,本文提出了“学历文凭 +职业证书”的双证书培养模式 ,并分析了其可行性。As the rapid development of E-commerce and expansion in application field,the talented Personnel of E-commerce specialty are widely required in the society. How to satisfy the needs of the talented personnel in E-commerce specialty and how to cultivate them who are welcomed by enterprises is an urgent problem. Concering it,the paper puts forward the two-certification cultivating model: Diploma with Occupation Certification according to the features of higher vocational colleges. Becides,the paper aralyses its feasibility.
