摘　　要：描述了流媒体技术在网络视频文件传输中的作用,并将流媒体技术应用于远程教育系统,提出了基于B/S结构开发的远程教育平台中视频子系统的设计方案和实现实例。利用流媒体技术存储教学中的视频类素材,使用MicrosoftProducer将电子教案与教学视频素材同步,生成流媒体课件,解决了视频和授课讲稿播放时同步难的问题。最后用JSP技术实现了流媒体课件的点播和实时广播播放。The application of streaming media technology in network video file transfer and distance education is proposed. Adesign and implementation based on B/S model of video system in distance education platform is presented. Video materials used in teaching are stored in streaming media file format, synchronization between electronic lectures and video materials, which is hard to control when playing, is implemented with microsoft producer and a streaming media courseware is produced. A method of playing streaming media courseware with JSP technology is given.
