国企办职校股份制改造或重组的思考

摘　　要：实施股份制改造与重组,已成为企业办职业院校的一种与企业剥离的主要且有效的形式。从职业教育的产业性和非义务教育特点来看,股份制更是一种必要的、必然的国企办学转制形式。本文对建立股份制院校的条件和依据、院校实施股份制的意义、股份制院校的管理模式以及宗旨、目标和政策等进行了研究和探讨。Implementing the reform and re-organization of joint-stock system has been a main and effective form that enterprise runs vocational schools which is deviated from enterprise.Joint-stock system is an essential and necessary form of changing system of running schools from the aspects of the industralization of vocational education and the characteristics of compulsory education.The author explores and studies the conditions and bases that construct joint-stock system,the meaning of implementing joint-stock system in school,the management pattern and its purpose,the target and the policies of joint-stock system in school.
