摘　　要：近年来,我国的中小企业在社会经济生活中起着越来越重要的作用,但中小企业在发展中存在的一些问题使得总体竞争能力不强,在我国加入WTO后,面对国外更多强有力的竞争对手,我国的中小企业该如何寻求生存和发展的空间?本文力求为我国的中小企业应对WTO的挑战寻找对策。Small & medium-sized enterprises have played a more and more important role in our social life. But some problems in their developing make them have less competition. After our country's joining WTO, they will face many more powerful rivals coming from foreign countries. How should they survive_ Proceeding from this question, the author hope to put forward some countermeasure for them.
