摘 要:为研究无缝线路长钢轨在应力放散过程中的不均匀性 ,指导无缝线路应力放散的正确作业 ,根据无缝线路结构的基本原理 ,结合现场长度控制放散法的工艺 ,对采用钢轨拉伸器拉伸长钢轨所产生的温度力、锁定轨温和位移的不均匀分布进行了理论分析。分析结果表明 :钢轨拉伸器拉伸长钢轨锁定后 ,长钢轨内产生的温度力、锁定轨温及其位移在全长范围的分布是不均匀的 ,随着轨温的变化 ,这种不均匀分布给无缝线路的强度、稳定及其养护维修带来了安全隐患。因此 ,无缝线路应力放散在拉伸达到放散量到位的要求后 ,还必须进行均匀性的调整 。In order to study the unevenness in the long rail of continuous welded rail(CWR) and direct the correct work during stress-releasing on CWR, in this paper, accorded to the basic principles and combined with the technology of stress -releasing controlled with length in the worksite, the theoretical analyses about the uneven distribution of temperature-force and rail-fastenning temperature and displacement, produced in long rail due to stretching with rail stretcher, are dealed with. The results show that the distribution of temperature-force and rail-fastenning temperature and displacement in long rail are uneven after the long rail stretched with rail stretcher is locked. The uneven brings hidden danger on safty into the strength and the stability and the maintain on CWR. So the stress-releasing on CWR must be adjusted about evenness after the stretchy amount meets to the demand of releasing amount in order to meet to the even demand of stress-releasing on CWR.
