摘　　要：交通影响分析(TrafficImpactAnalysis,简称TIA)已成为我国一些特大城市建设项目审批中一个必不可少的环节,交通影响范围的量化是交通影响分析的一个重要课题。目前,国内外交通影响范围的确定采取主观方法,本文选取出行时间作为综合评价交通影响范围指标,通过道路时间路阻函数,结合实例论述了基于时间的交通影响分析的方法T TIA,并对交通规划软件TRIPS实现该方法进行了论述。Traffic　impact　analysis　(TIA)　has　become　an　indispensable　procedure　in　project　examining　and　approving　of　urban　traffic　plan　in　super　cities　of　China.Evaluating　traffic　impact　area　accurately　becomes　a　significant　issue　for　study　in　TIA.Nowadays　subjective　method　is　adopted　both　at　home　and　abroad,the　article　puts　forward　a　numerical　method　based　on　time　using　for　evaluating　traffic　impact　area,namely　T-TIA(Traffic　Impact　Analysis　Based　on　Time　Evaluation).Using　a　TIA　case,this　article　also　gives　practical　procession　method　of　using　the　experience　of　the　road　impedance　function,using　the　software—TRIPS.
