摘 要:人类社会的经济形态正在由二百余年前兴起的工业经济逐步实现向知识经济的过渡,知识经济、信息时代的大潮要求每一个公民都应当学习、学习、再学习,但未来的学习不再是单纯地接受知识,而是多重思维、坦诚交流、扬弃创新、追求卓越的过程,这使得教育面临着千年未遇的巨大挑战;实施创新教育是当代世界各国教育的共同走向,是时代发展的必然要求,而作为教育工作主力军的教师,只有不断解放思想,更新观念,提高素质,才能创造出一流的教育水平。The economic state of the society which we are in is evolving gradually from industry economy which began 200 years ago to knowledge economy. Knowledge economy and information era demand that individuals should learn continuously. However, learning in future is not a process for accepting knowledge only, but for exploring roundly, communicating frankly, innovating actively and seeking excellence. This makes education face an enormous challenge. The implementation of innovation-oriented education is not only a common international trend but an inevitabl requirement of development in the era. The teacher must emancipate the mind, update personal notions and improve professional quality to reach the upper education level and cultivate the top specialized personality.
