摘　　要：阐述了高等教育是人才资源能力建设的基础,必须着眼于经济社会发展和国家战略的需要,深化改革大力提升人才资源能力建设。通过对我国高等学校人才资源开发现状的分析,指出了开发高校人才资源的具体措施,以及在高校人才资源开发工作中应注意的问题。Being the basis of talent resource development, higher education must lay its eye on the development of economic society, national strategies, deepening reform and enhancing talent resource development. By analyzing the facts of talent exploration in universities and colleges in China,this article aims to put forward measurements of talent resource development. In addition, this paper also mentions the problems that we should pay attention to in talent resource exploration in universities and colleges.
