摘　　要：目的 :探讨瘦素受体基因 5 19位点变异与肥胖的关系。方法 :选择无亲缘关系的东北地区汉族人 10 0例 ,运用 PCR- SSCP技术检测瘦素受体基因 5 19位点的变异。结果 :10 0例瘦素受体基因 5 19位点均未发现变异。结论 :瘦素受体基因 5 19位点变异不是中国东北地区汉族人肥胖症的遗传因素 。Objective:To investigate the possible relationship between variant of point 519 in leptin receptor(LEPR) gene and obesity.Methods:The variant of point 519 in LEPR gene was determined by PCR-SSCP method in 100 Northeasten Chinese of Han Nationality.Results:There was no abnormal change in 100 cases during detection.Conclusions:Point 519 in LEPR gene should not be an heredity factor of obesity in Northeasten Chinese of Han Nationality, and there could be genetic heterogeneity in this gene polymorphism.
