军队医科院校学生心理健康状况及其分析

摘　　要：目的　了解军队医科院校学生心理健康现状。方法　采用精神症状自评量表对一所军队医科院校学生进行整群抽样 ,获得有效样本 475 4份 ,并进行了比较分析。结果　军队医科院校学生SCL 90除在人际敏感和焦虑两个因子外 ,其他各症状因子得分均显著低于地方大学医学生水平 ,低于国内普通大学生水平 ,低于一般军校大学生水平。军队医科院校女学生在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子上的得分显著高于男生 ;在人际敏感方面 ,女生也高与男生 ,但差异无显著性 ;男生在敌意、妄想、精神病性因子的得分显著高于女生。结论军队医科院校学生的心理健康普遍好于其他院校的学生。军队医科院校的女生比男生有更多的心理问题。Objective To investigate the mental health of military medical students.Methods A questionnaire survey, using SCL-90, was conducted among 4788 military medical students of 8 departments, biomedical Engineering, medical imaging, medical laboratory technique, and nursing, including students of 5 different grades and postgraduates, 2676 males and 2078 females, aged 21.41±3.32.The findings were compared with those obtained from other college students by other authors.Results The scores on most symptom factors, except interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety, of the military medical students were significantly lower than those of the students of nonmilitary medical colleges, those of the non-medical students of non-military colleges, and those of the non-medical students of military colleges (all P<0.01).The scores on somatization, depression, anxiety, and terror of the female military medical students were significantly higher than those of the male military medical students (all P<0.01).The score on interpersonal sensitivity of the female military medical students was higher than that in the male military medical students, however, not significantly.The scores on hostility, delusion, and psychoticness of the male military medical students were significantly higher than those of the female military medical students (all P<0.01).Conclusion The mental health of the military medical students is generally better than that of other college students.The female military medical students have more mental problems than the male military medical students.The priority of mental health education should be given to the sophomores.
