摘　　要：护士的美不是来自化妆品的修饰,而是自身的不断完善和陶冶,与真为基础,善为灵魂,美为形态;护士职业素质美是建立良好护患关系的桥梁,护士的业务素质美是病人信赖的基础,护士健康体魄和对护理美的创造力能激发患者热爱人生,创造美好生活的愿望。护理美将是新世纪医院盛开的花朵,形成护理专业领域独特的文化风景。Beauty of nurse should not be the result of make up with cosmetics, but from continually improve and mould personality by herself. Genuineness is the base, good deed is the soul, and beauty is the shape. The beauty of pro- fessional quality is the bridge to build fine relationship between patient and nurse; the beauty of professional competency is the foundation of trust of patients; the healthy figure and vigorous ability to create nursing beauty will arouse patients the spirit to love life and create wonderful life. Beauty of nursing will be flowers blossomed in the hospital of new era, and e- volve a special cultural scenery of nursing profession.
