摘  要:目的 研究免疫球蛋白超家族 (immunoglobulinsuperfamily ,IgSF)类细胞粘附分子在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法对 36例涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞间粘附分子 - 1(IntercellularAdhesionMolecule - 1,ICAM - 1)、血管间细胞粘附分子 - 1(VascularCellAdhesionMolecule - 1,VCAM - 1)和神经细胞粘附分子 (NeuralCellAdhesionMolecule,NCAM )的表达进行研究。结果 ICAM - 1,VCAM - 1和NCAM的表达率分别是 72 .2 % ,6 3.9%和 2 2 .2 % ,表达程度与肿瘤的分型相关。ICAM - 1,VCAM- 1与淋巴结的转移及复发呈正相关 ;NCAM与淋巴结的转移及复发负相关。结论 ICAM - 1和VCAM - 1可能通过与相应的配体作用而使肿瘤发生侵袭转移 ;NCAM则通过调控细胞的增殖是一种具有抗侵袭力的粘附分子。Objective To study the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM- 1),vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) of immunoglobulin superfamily (IgSF) in human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) and to evaluate the relation between the expression and lymph node metastasis.Methods Thirty-six cases of SACC were examined by immunohistochemical methods.Results The expression of ICAM- 1,VCAM-1 and NCAM were 72.2% , 63.9% and 22.2% respectively. There was a significant relation between the expression level and histological differentiation.SACC with metastatic lymph node or local recurrence displayed significant relationship with up-regulation of ICAM- 1 and VCAM-1 compared with the down-regulation of NCAM.Conclusion ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 may play a role in the invasion and metastasis of SACC by interacting with the corresponding ligands.NCAM may be an invasion-resistant adhesion molecule by adjusting cell proliferation.
