摘　　要：　目前绝大多数高校正在实行的禁止在校大学生结婚的做法已不合形势发展需要。从法的位阶的角度和法理去审视,原国家教委的禁婚规定和各高校继续禁婚的做法不合宪、不合法。It doesn't fit in with social development for many colleges and universities to prohibit college studens from getting married now. Surveying it from the legislative angle of view,we obviously find that it is a voilation of the constitution and illegal act.
