摘 要:简述了三七的成分、功效和临床应用,以及超微粉碎技术在中药加工中的应用优势和纳米中药与微米中药的概念。并分别采用干法球磨、气流粉碎和湿法球磨3种方法对三七进行超细化加工,结果获得了微米三七粉和三七纳米混悬剂。这为三七超细加工的规模化生产以及纳米化加工研究提供了一定的依据。In this paper the composition, function and clinic application of Panax notoginseng were summarized, and the advantage of superfine comminution technique on production of the traditional Chinese medicine and the conception of nano-TCM and micron-TCM were described briefly. And panax notoginseng were comminuted respectively by dry ball-milling, wet ball-milling and airflow comminution. As a result the powder of micron grade in size and nanosuspension of panax notoginseng were obtained.
