摘  要:研究决明子SCⅠ中有通便润肠作用的有效成分。选用KromasilC185μ(250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长280nm,流动相为乙腈∶5%甲醇(60∶40)对SCⅠ进行HPLC分析并进行化学分析;研究SCⅠ中不同成分对小鼠粪便水分的影响。HPLC分析得出SCⅠ中有大黄素、大黄酚等蒽醌类物质;化学分析得出SCⅠ中有较多的纤维素及少量的水溶性多糖。动物实验得出SCⅠ中不同成分都有润肠通便作用,效果略有不同。SCⅠ中蒽醌类物质的通便作用主要体现为泻下,并伴随便秘;而多糖与纤维素的通便作用则稳定平缓,且两者结合后效果最佳,表现出协同作用。Study the effectively purgative components of SCI in semen cassiae. SCI was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) on a Kromasil C18 5μ(250mm×4.6mm), using acetonitrile-5%methol(60∶40), a flow rate of 1.0mL/min, the detective wavelength was 280nm and was analyzed by chemical methods too; Study the purgative effect of the different components in SCI on mice by noting the water content of dejecta. The emodin, chrysophanol and physcion were separate completely within 30min under this chromatographic condition. Fibrins and water-soluble polysaccharides were determined by chemical analysis. Animal experiments proved that different components all had purgative function only little different. The purgative function of anthraquinones in SCI is mainly lax, going with constipation, while polysaccharides and fibrins have better and stabile purgation. And the best effect realizes when the two combines. They have synergetic effect.
