摘　　要：产业集群作为新经济形式下一种极具活力的产业组织形式,在技术创新方面具有创新所需的组织架构、产业文化基础、知识积累和扩散的内在机制,并形成了技术创新的系统优势。探究产业集群技术创新优势产生的根源,阐明产业集群应作为企业获取创新资源进行区位决策的参考,及政府为培育区域创新中心而进行产业政策和区域经济规则的重要战略要素,尤为重要。As a kind of vigorous industry organization form, industry clusters character by system advantage at the aspect of technology innovation with the needed organization frame, industry culture basis and the inter mechanism of knowledge's accumulation and diffusion. Considering the origin of technology innovation advantage of industry clusters, they are the good reference for corporate to get innovation resource to make regional decision and important strategy factors for government to make industry policy and regional economy regulation to cultivate regional incubator center.
