消化性溃疡幽门螺旋杆菌感染和非感染患者血清微量元素的测定

摘　　要：对确诊ＨＰ阴性ＤＵ组２０例、ＨＰ阳性组２３例、ＨＰ阳性转阴性Ｄｕ组１２例血清多种微量元素测定，结果ＨＰ阳性Ｄｕ组钼、铬、锰、铜明显低于ＨＰ阴性Ｄｕ组，Ｐ＜０．０５或＜０．０１．ＨＰ含有多种酶，而微量元素多以金属酶存在于体内，可能两者相互影响，使ＨＰ感染患者微量元素降低，当ＨＰ感染清除后微量元素再升高，但其因果关系尚待深入研究。A determination of trace elements in serum of 30 cases of HP-negative Du group. 33 cases of HP-positive Du group, 22 cases of HP-positive to negative Du group: and 17 cases normol controls was made by ICP-AES. The result being: Mo. Cu. Zn, Fe (0. 624±0. 218. 14. 66±3. 276, 12. 94±4. 93, 25. 96±13. 78μmol/L) contents of HP negative Du group are remarkably lower than normal controls group (1. 186±0. 312, 14. 82±4. 368. 20. 94±3. 9. 0. 652±0. 53. 0. 273±0. 364μmol/L). Contents of HP-positive Du group are remarkably lower than normal controls P<0. 05 or P<0. 01, When HP-positive Du group ate remarkably increase While it may be seen that serum trace elements of Du HP(+) and Du HP(-) patients aredifferent in contents. The mechanism needs further study.
